The three steps
Copy the Streamable link
Open the video on Streamable and copy the URL from the address bar, for example https://streamable.com/abc123.
Paste it and press Get video
The tool asks Streamable which MP4 files exist for that video and lists each one with its real resolution and file size.
Press Download
Pick a quality and press Download. A progress bar shows the transfer, then the MP4 is saved to your device.
Device by device
iPhone and iPad
Use Safari or Chrome. Paste the link, tap Get video, then Download. iOS saves the file into the Files app under Downloads. To put it in your camera roll, open the file in Files, tap the share icon and choose Save Video.
Android
Use Chrome, Firefox or Samsung Internet. After you tap Download the MP4 goes to your Downloads folder. If it does not show up in your gallery straight away, open the Files app and look in Downloads. No APK, extension or permission prompt is involved.

The MP4 saves to your browser's download folder. To find it quickly, press Ctrl+J in Chrome or Edge, Ctrl+Shift+Y in Firefox, or use the downloads button in Safari. The file drops straight into editors such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.

When a Streamable video will not download

Download it before it expires
According to Streamable's help centre, videos uploaded on the free plan are deleted automatically after 90 days, and anonymous uploads can expire sooner. If a clip matters to you, save the MP4 while the link still works: once Streamable removes a video, no downloader can bring it back.
